Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

2. Shipping Areas
Currently, we offer shipping only within India. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors like weather delays or holidays.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. VredeVogel is not responsible for shipping or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

6. Out-of-Stock Items
While we do our best to keep all items in stock, occasionally, certain products may be unavailable. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to either arrange a refund or offer an alternative item. We strive to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible, but some items may take a little longer to restock.
